This course will challenge our mindset on topics that encompass the differences that make us unique including but not limited to race, color, ethnicity, language, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, gender, socio-economic status, age, and physical and mental ability. We will also discuss creating a workplace of involvement, respect, and connection.
